I'm a native San Diegan who never found a good reason to leave. I grew up in Vista, CA and attended the University of San Diego High School. I graduated from California State University San Marcos with a degree in Literature & Writing, emphasis in writing. 

I have been covering entertainment, hospitality, pop culture and lifestyle for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I've worked at newspapers, magazines, digital publications, and agencies. I began my career as a letters editor for a local newspaper, the North County Times, and have worked as a journalist ever since.
